Privacy Policy

Travora collects the following categories of information:

• Account information: your email address, password (stored securely by Supabase Auth, never in plain text), and full name.
• Application details: destination country, visa type, employment status, income and available funds, travel history, and visa refusal history.
• Uploaded documents: passports, bank statements, employment letters, and similar evidence you upload for AI analysis. Text is extracted from these documents (OCR) and sent to our AI provider for analysis.
• Usage data: timestamps of when you run an AI analysis, used only to enforce a daily usage limit and prevent abuse.

• To calculate your visa readiness score and generate recommendations.
• To let you save and revisit past applications from your dashboard.
• To enforce fair usage limits on AI analysis.
• To maintain and improve Travora's reliability and security.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.

Extracted document text and application details are sent to OpenRouter (and the underlying AI model provider it routes to) solely to generate your readiness analysis. Account data and application records are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider.

If you unlock an application, your email address is shared with Paystack to process the payment. Card details are entered on Paystack's own checkout and never reach Travora — we store only a payment reference and the amount.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated applications, documents, and scores at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Application data is stored with row-level security so only you can access your own records. AI provider credentials are never exposed to your browser — all AI calls run through a server-side function.
